4. Booking and Reservations
Booking Process:
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Cubework. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.

Payment:
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and other methods as specified during booking.

Pricing:
All prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your booking is the price displayed at the time of confirmation.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by User:
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to charges
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount
Cancellation by Cubework:
We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to maintenance, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative arrangements.

Refunds:
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Use of Premises
Permitted Use:
Workspaces may only be used for the purposes specified in your booking and in accordance with local zoning laws and regulations.

Prohibited Activities:
  • Illegal activities of any kind
  • Storage of hazardous materials
  • Activities that create excessive noise or disturbance
  • Subletting or unauthorized sharing of space
  • Activities that violate insurance policies
Security and Access:
Access credentials are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for the security of your access credentials and any activities that occur under your account.
7. Liability and Insurance
Limitation of Liability:
Cubework shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
