4. Booking and Reservations
Booking Process:

Pricing:
All prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your booking is the price displayed at the time of confirmation.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by User:
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to charges
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount
Cancellation by Cubework:
We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to maintenance, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative arrangements.

Refunds:
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Use of Premises
Permitted Use:
Workspaces may only be used for the purposes specified in your booking and in accordance with local zoning laws and regulations.

Prohibited Activities:
