Yes! Our broker program pays a commission for short and long term memberships.

What are your building hours?
Cubework staff is onsite Monday through Friday 9 AM - 6 PM. Once you become a member, we will provide you a key card with 24/7 access to the facility.
Cubework or Traditional lease?
Unlike most commercial spaces, we allow our clients to rent what they need today and increase or decrease their space in the future without the need for set-up costs or capital investments.
Are you rent inclusive of all utilities and fees?
Yes, we are a “Full Service,” business model. We take care of the common areas, basic snacks & beverages, maintenance, utilities, internet, property insurance, and property taxes.
What type of businesses use your space?
E-Commerce, transportation, distribution, wellness, manufacture, food & beverage, import/export, services, and retail.
What is the minimum and maximum space we can rent?
We customize based on our client’s needs. Minimum: 150 square feet to 200,000 square feet or more if we have enough space in our facility.
Mail and package handling
Mail and package handling are included for all members. Reach out to our local Community team at your desired location to find out more.
What other services dow you offer?
We offer on-demand services such as Forklift Rental, Pallet Jack, Conference Rooms, Event Space, etc.
Can I transfer to another Cubework Location?
We will be happy to assist you in transferring to another Cubework building if we have availability. Please ask one of our team members for new or existing location transfers.
