Storage Size/Dimensions: Minimum 150 square feet or a 12ft x 12ft area. Height clearance should be a minimum of 10 feet to accommodate pallet stacking.
Storage Conditions: The flooring should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight exposure. The storage area should be free from dust and debris.
Special Handling: Parquet flooring is a fragile material. Each plank should be individually wrapped in protective padding, such as bubble wrap or cardboard, to prevent scratching and damage during handling. Pallets should be used to protect the flooring from abrasion.
Stacking/Shelving: Flooring should be stored on pallets, ideally 48” x 48” pallets, to prevent direct contact with the floor. Pallets should be stacked no more than 3 levels high. Shelving is not recommended due to the flooring’s fragility.

A forklift or pallet jack will be required for loading and unloading. Ensure adequate aisle space of at least 8 feet between storage locations. A clear floor space of 8ft x 8ft is needed for safe handling.
