Storage Size/Dimensions: Minimum 200 square feet, 20ft x 10ft area, Height clearance: 12 feet. We recommend a minimum of 250 sq ft for efficient storage and handling.
Storage Conditions: Dry storage is required. The area must be well-ventilated to prevent mildew and must be protected from direct sunlight. Dust and debris should be minimized.
Special Handling: Linen sheeting is considered a fragile item. Pallet wrapping or protective covers are highly recommended to prevent wrinkles and damage during storage and retrieval. Items should be handled with care to avoid tearing or stretching.
Stacking/Shelving: Items can be stored on pallets (48” x 40”) with a maximum stack height of 5 feet. Alternatively, shelving units with adjustable shelves (36” height) can be used. Pallet racking systems are also suitable for efficient storage.
Access Requirements: Loading dock needs a minimum 12ft x 10ft access area. The warehouse door should be at least 10ft wide for easy access. A clearance of 8ft is needed at the loading dock for truck maneuvering. Forklift access is required for palletized goods.
