Storage Size/Dimensions: Minimum 150 square feet, 12ft x 12ft area, Height clearance: 10 feet. A dedicated aisle space of 5 feet wide is required alongside the storage area.
Storage Conditions: Dry storage is essential. The area should be well-ventilated to prevent dust accumulation and maintain air circulation. Protect the backdrops from direct sunlight to avoid fading.
Special Handling: Cardboard backdrops are considered fragile items. Each backdrop should be individually wrapped with protective padding, such as bubble wrap or cardboard corner protectors. Palletizing is recommended for larger quantities.
Stacking/Shelving: Backdrops can be stacked up to a maximum of 5 levels, with each level supporting a weight of 50 lbs. Adjustable shelving units with a 48” height capacity are recommended. Pallet storage is suitable for larger quantities, utilizing pallets with a 48” height.
Access Requirements: A loading dock with a minimum width of 12 feet is required for truck access. The dock door should be at least 10 feet wide. A clearance space of 8 feet on either side of the loading dock is needed for maneuvering. The door opening should be at least 9 feet wide for easy access.
