Storage Size/Dimensions: Minimum 200 square feet, 15ft x 13ft area, Height clearance: 9 feet. A dedicated area of at least 10ft x 10ft is recommended for initial setup.
Storage Conditions: Dry storage is required. The area must be well-ventilated to prevent mildew or mold growth. Items should be stored on pallets to protect the floor.
Special Handling: All “Testing Samples” should be handled with care. Fragile items must be individually wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in sturdy cardboard boxes. Palletize all items to minimize movement and potential damage during handling.
Stacking/Shelving: Items can be stored on pallets, with a maximum stacking height of 4 feet. Shelving units with adjustable height capabilities are recommended to maximize vertical space. Pallet dimensions should be approximately 48” x 40”.
Access Requirements: Loading dock needs a 12ft wide x 12ft deep access point. The warehouse door should be at least 9ft wide for easy access. A minimum clearance of 3 feet around each palletized item is required for forklift operation. Ensure adequate aisle space for equipment maneuverability.
