Storage Size/Dimensions: Minimum 150 square feet, ideally 15ft x 10ft. Height clearance: 10 feet. Dedicated area of at least 8ft x 6ft for each individual item.
Storage Conditions: Dry storage within a well-ventilated area. Storage should be on a level floor to prevent damage. Avoid direct sunlight exposure. The space should be free from dust and debris.
Special Handling: All "Valuable Items" require individual padding with bubble wrap or foam inserts. Fragile items necessitate extra protective packaging. Items should be handled with care to prevent scratches or damage.
Stacking/Shelving: Items can be stored on sturdy pallets (48” x 36” standard pallets recommended). Shelving units with adjustable shelves are preferred for organization. Max stacking height: 6 feet.
Access Requirements: Loading dock with a 12ft wide x 12ft deep bay. Warehouse door width: 10 feet. A minimum clearance of 3 feet around each storage area is necessary for forklift access. Forklift capacity: 5,000 lbs.
