    • Storage Conditions: Dry storage, well-ventilated space. Items should be stored on pallets to prevent direct contact with the floor. Ensure the area is free from debris and obstructions.

    • Special Handling: Items should be protected with appropriate padding, particularly for fragile components. Boxes should be labeled clearly with their contents and handling instructions. Consider using corner protectors for boxes.

    • Stacking/Shelving: Pallet storage is the primary recommendation. Utilizing shelving units is acceptable, but ensure shelves are sturdy and capable of supporting the weight of stacked items. Maximum stacking height: 4 feet.

    • Access Requirements: Loading dock with a 12ft wide x 10ft deep bay is required for easy access. A standard 8ft wide access door is necessary. A minimum of 3ft of clearance space on all sides of the storage area is needed for equipment maneuverability. Ensure the loading dock is level. Regular inspection of the access door and loading dock is advised.
