    Space Requirements

    • Storage Size/Dimensions: Minimum 300 square feet, or a 15ft x 20ft area. Height clearance: 12 feet is recommended for optimal storage.
    • Storage Conditions: Dry storage area, well-ventilated with minimal dust and debris. The space should be free from direct sunlight.
    • Special Handling: Presentation folders are generally considered durable, but we recommend using protective sleeves or padded boxes, particularly for older or valuable materials. A 2-inch layer of bubble wrap is advised for items requiring extra protection.
    • Stacking/Shelving: Items can be stacked up to 4 feet high using sturdy shelving units. Pallet storage (48” x 40”) is an option for larger quantities, but stacking should be limited to 2-3 pallets high.
    • Access Requirements: Loading dock with a 12ft x 16ft door opening and a minimum clearance of 10 feet. Forklift access is required for palletized items. A secondary access door, 8ft x 8ft, is beneficial for manual handling.
    • Material Specifications: Folders should be stored in their original packaging or equivalent protective materials. Regular inspections are necessary to ensure proper storage conditions.
    • Inventory Management: Dedicated location within the storage area for efficient retrieval.
