Storage Size/Dimensions: Minimum 300 sq ft for initial collection; 600 sq ft recommended for expansion. Area dimensions: 20ft x 15ft for primary storage, with a 10ft x 10ft annex for overflow. Height clearance: 12 feet.
Storage Conditions: Dry storage is essential. The warehouse must be well-ventilated to prevent mold and mildew growth. Regular inspections are required to identify and address any potential issues like dust or debris accumulation.
Special Handling: All items are considered fragile. Each item must be individually wrapped in archival-quality padding and bubble wrap. Items requiring extra protection should be placed in custom-built crates. Heavy items should be supported with bracing.
