Cubework or Traditional Lease?

Unlike most traditional leases, we allow our customers to expand and downsize based on their business needs. That’s why we offer a range of short- term warehousing options designed to keep your business agile and responsive. Traditional leases are typically 5–7-year lease terms, and they do not give you any options to expand or downgrade.

Mail & package handling?

Mail and package handling is included for all members. Reach out to our local Cubework representative at your desired location to find out more.

Can I transfer to another Cubework location?

The best thing about using Cubework is our wide range of facilities. You can transfer or add space in any of our locations nationwide by reaching out to your sales or property manager.

Are you really Turnkey?

Every facility is equipped with state-of-the-art security systems and infrastructure to ensure your operations run smoothly from day one. Our turnkey solutions include: advanced security systems, flexible space options, ready to use amenities, and most to all are in strategic locations that have access to major port and transportations hubs.

Does Cubework pay broker commissions?

We love referrals and we love working with different agents and brokers. We offer short- and - long term commissions to any real estate agent and brokerages.

What are your building hours?

Our office hours are from Monday through Friday, 9AM- 6PM. Cubework, tenants have access to their space and all common areas anytime of the day in most to all locations.
