Job Descriptions

  • Make outbound sales call and be able to close the deal.

  • Maintain current members and develop new leads.

  • Make onsite and offsite sales pitches.

  • Prepare daily and weekly overviews of prospective members; share this information during daily stand up and daily sales call.

  • Tour prospects at various CubeWork locations and share business solutions with potential members.

  • Provide customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Train Community Associates and Community Leads at your main office location to give effective tours and sales pitches for them to cover you when you are out of office.

  • Partner with New Member Development and Community Teams to ensure successful placement and follow up of new members.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (College Graduates will receive preferential consideration).

  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proactive problem solving.

  • Must be an internet and computer savvy.

  • Have a proven track record of generating and closing sales independently.

  • Good interpersonal skills and must be a team player.

  • Ability to multi-tasking, set priorities and manage time effectively.

  • Business development experience is a plus.

  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English is a plus, but not necessary.
