Cubework is seeking an energetic and highly self- motivated Sales Associate to join our Sales team. This is a full time position, reports to the Sales Manager and will be part of our growing Sales and Business Development division. The Sales Associate will be responsible for prospecting, outreaching, client relations, property management, and daily operations of the business. In addition you will be greeting the prospects as they arrive and maintaining a welcoming environment throughout. Associate will be responsible to pitch, tour, and close sales in all Cubework locations across their territory.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Generate and develop new leads

  • Make outbound sales call and be able to close the deal

  • Identify the needs of prospective and existing members and recommend tailored solutions responsive to their needs

  • Prepare daily and weekly overviews of prospective members for rest of Community Team; share this information during Daily Stand Up and daily sales calls

  • Train Community Associates and other Community Leads at your location to give effective tours and sales pitches for those occasions when you are unavailable to tour

  • Touring prospects at various Cubework locations and sharing business solutions with potential members.

  • Provide customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and business relationships

  • Partner with New Member Development and Community teams to ensure successful placement and follow up of new members

  • Self starter who works well independently

  • Team player a must


  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (college graduates will receive preferential consideration)

  • Proactive problem solving

  • Business Development experience a plus

  • Can work well within a team setting

  • Must be internet and computer savvy

  • Have a proven track record of generating and closing sales independently

  • Must be able to manage multiple sales leads at the same time
