Requirements
Previous experience in a customer support role.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Good interpersonal skills and must be a team player.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
Ability to multi-tasking, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Fluent in English is a must.
Fluent in Mandarin is a plus, but not necessary.
College Degree preferred.
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner and helpful way.
Answer questions about the product details, company and issues with account for the customers.
Transfer inbound calls from current and potential customers to sales leads.
Following call center scripts when handling different topics.
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database.
Seize opportunities to up sell services when they arise.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
