CubeWork is hiring a Community Associate. This person will mainly support the Community Management Team create a welcoming and collaborative community environment through events among our member and building relationships between members.
Membership Management: Cover the front desk during business hours; manage check-ins and check-outs for members and guests; greet people who come in for tours, track walk-ins, schedule tours and send confirmation emails; prepare and distribute promotional materials to guests or potential members; answer members and guests’ questions or refer inquirer to additional resources.
Events and Community Management: Organize events, like creating the breakdown of events; making posters, ordering food and beverages, arranging site layout.
Building Operations and Management: Assist with move-ins and move-outs; prepare and distribute member welcome packets; coordinate with building operations to ensure highest level of member experience; manage keycard activations; ensure the building is clean and well kept; order consumables; submit building receipts to the Community Manager for reimbursements; mail package as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
College graduate with a four-year degree preferred, but not required.
Customer service and/or sales experience a plus.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in basic computer skills.
Bilingual is a plus, but not necessary.
9am to 6pm/ 10am to 2pm
